Kelvin established the business in the year 2000, after many years within the industry. He began his career with an apprenticeship in the Electrical & Refrigeration field and worked his way up, becoming a research & development engineer, service engineer and an Area manager.
Callum then joined in 2012 as an apprentice refrigeration engineer, working his way up to Director in 2019.
